Idler roller conveyors made of a sturdy structure in painted steel, supports with adjustable and height-adjustable feet, galvanized steel rollers with rotation on shielded ball bearings. Box weighing system to be integrated in manual idle lines When the box is positioned on the weighing station, the operator can read and check the weight of the products inserted in the box before placing it on the pallet and thus avoid errors or returns of the goods. In this way the operator can view the result of the weighing on the weight indicator without having to lift the packages to weigh them. The weight indicator is usually installed on a vertical post clamped to the structure of the roller conveyor. In this way the indicator remains positioned vertically and it is very easy for the operator to read the weight. The standard version foresees the installation of the basic DFWL indicator. On request it is possible to install the 7-key indicator also with DFWKPXP printer. The proposed semi-automatic line includes a GEM 52 taping machine for boxes with side drive belts. Before the taping machine, a PACK POINT 08 box former was positioned, which makes it faster and easier to form and fill the boxes. Semi-automatic line consisting of taping machine FP9036 with side straps (or FP9037 with straps above and below) for closing the upper and lower flap of the box and special plan for loading products. To facilitate the packaging operation of the products, an idle conveyor roller with boxes-stopper plan has been positioned before the taping machine. In this way it is possible to block and fill securely, quickly and easily the box not yet taped simply taking the products from a plan or from an adjacent container.
